The British government has recently announced a competition, which will be called Make in in Great Britain, for the best of the innovative and latest inventions in the U.K.

"The make it in Great Britain will include the best pre market ideas and latest inventions of the country." Said the Business Minister, Mark Prisk. Mr Prisk further added that this Make it in Great Britain campaign is held in order to change the impression of latest inventions of the modern UK manufacturing, and creating awareness about its significance to the country's economy.London's science museum is to hold an exhibition during Olympics, which will showcase the winners from classifications like 'Make it… stronger' and 'Make it… sustainable'.This competition is the best place for displaying latest inventions and celebrate the most creative as well as talented technical brains all over the country, by featuring their potential and skills in front of investors, employers and entrepreneurs who can assist them to improvise their ideas into actual commercial ventures.

Will Butler-Adams, who is the managing director of Brompton Bicycles is one of the judges on the panel, opined that "The Make it in Great Britain Challenge will bring to us a number of incredible latest inventions made all over the UK."

Latest Technology News – Nissan’s Safety Technologies Unveiled

The latest news in technology is the unveiling of Nissan's new safety technologies in Japan. These technologies are based on Nissan's 'Safety Shield' concept.
The Acceleration Suppression for Pedal Misapplication technology detects obstacles using sonar and automatically applies the brake to help avoid collisions when the vehicle is in danger of touching nearby obstacles. Nissan aims to commercialize this new technology within the next two years.
The Multi-Sensing System includes a blind spot warning, lane departure warning and a moving object detection that detects moving objects like pedestrians through the rearview camera. This technology will be installed in new Nissan models in 2012 in Japan.
The Predictive Forward Collision Warning System warns the driver with a buzzer, a display signal and by tightening the seatbelt, when it sees the need to decelerate.
